Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a better quality of living to the residents of the City of Pittsburgh. Director Maura Kennedy has been leading PLI since 2013. Throughout her tenure, she has commissioned technological advancements to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience to better serve our residents.
