Pittsburgh's Management & Performance System (PittMAPS) seeks to improve accountability, transparency and increase efficiencies in day-to-day governmental operations. PittMAPS is a one-stop-shop for all essential data, reports and statistics related to City services. From this page you may access a wide variety of performance-related information on the operations of City Departments and Authorities, including the City's 311 Response Line. In addition, PittMAPS tracks the City's receivership of American Recovery & Reinvestment Act funding.
