2017 Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program
The 2017 Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment program will again provide summer job opportunities for youth ages 14-21. Residents of the City of Pittsburgh or Allegheny County may apply. Learn and Earn job applications will be available on line. Applicants must also verify their address, age, family income, and present a social security card and birth certificate. Application submission does not guarantee acceptance, as acceptance will be based on the number of available positions. Return to this page or visit http://www.trwib.org/youth/?id=4 later in the early spring for updates on when and how to apply
Applicants who apply will be required to upload documents to verify eligibility. Applicants must have an email account and create a user name and password in order to apply on line. There will be an Information Package available that explains the application process. Return to this page or visit http://www.trwib.org/youth/?id=4 to look for the Information Package later in the early spring.
Application Centers will be established to assist applicants with the on line application. Application Centers have teams of people to help applicants with applying on line, uploading eligibility documents and may also have materials that make the process easier. Application Centers can also provide assistance with creating a free email account and password. Return to this page or visit http://www.trwib.org/youth/?id=4 later in the early spring to look for the information regarding the Application Centers.
