  • Service is always available by calling:  (412) 255-2710 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • The Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission is open for employee and applicant information and service weekdays (Monday – Friday) from 7:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
  • The Department is centrally located on the fourth floor of City Hall at:
