Congratulations!
You have accomplished something as a graduate that demands a level of respect that cannot be ignored. But I'm not writing to you just to offer a pat on the back, I'm writing to offer you much more. As Mayor, I love to brag about Pittsburgh every chance I get, and this is no exception. Pittsburgh is a City on the rise, being shaped by a creative, innovative generation of leaders who were in your shoes only a few years ago. There are a diverse range of opportunities just waiting to be seized. Those who have stayed here, or have come back, have found a home for their ideas and inspirations, their businesses and careers, their loves and their lives. I want you to stay and help us show the world what's next for Pittsburgh.
But don't take my word for it, just see what the Huffington Post has to say about Pittsburgh.

With this email, I am launching the Pittsburgh City Living website. Think of it as a way to define how you want to be a Pittsburgher. Kind of like a dating site for a place to live -- matching your lifestyle with one of our 90 neighborhoods.
Pittsburgh has already been your home while you wrestled with Kierkegaard and debated the relevance of Thermodynamics in your life; now make it your home while you define what's next. While you might have gotten to know the East End or the Southside from an apartment on Fifth Avenue or East Carson Street, if you've never watched the sunset over the City skyline from Fineview or stumbled upon a great meal in Allentown, then you've only scratched the surface of all that Pittsburgh has to offer. Pittsburgh is calling, what's your next move?
