Disruptive Property Appeals Board
The Disruptive Property Appeal Board is a five member panel appointed by the Mayor. The Board will meet once a month to hear appeals from the decision of the Public Safety Director in all disruptive property matters.
5 members, 3 appointed by the Mayor with Council approval, 2 appointed by the Mayor from a list submitted by Council
All members of the Board must be residents of the City of Pittsburgh. At least one member must be a current rental property owner or manager.
