We understand that this reassessment process has been very frustrating for property owners and we want to help eliminate your confusion by offering appeal assistance.

If you believe that your new assessment is inaccurate, there will be a window of time for you to file an informal review and formal appeal with Allegheny County. Residents may receive more information by calling 311 (or 412-255-2621), or by downloading the user-friendly appeal process brochure and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document.
