Keep America Beautiful Announces 2011 Graffiti Hurts Grant Program
APPLY NOW FOR AVAILABLE GRANT FUNDING!

Greetings,

Keep America Beautiful, Inc. has announced the availability of its 2011 Graffiti Hurts® Grant Program, to help communities step up local graffiti prevention activities.  Keep America Beautiful is pleased to be able to offer an expanded grants program for 2011, with eight unique awards.  Communities will be able to apply for one of four grants of $2,500; one of three $2,500 certificates for Sherwin-Williams graffiti-resistant paint; or one 'Flashcam' from Q-star valued at $6,100.

Our office would like for you to help spread the word of this opportunity to any community groups, youth groups, crime prevention associations, neighbors and friends that you know could benefit from this program.  Proposed projects can address graffiti prevention and education, eradication, or enforcement of local anti-graffiti laws.  The deadline for the application is June 13, 2011.  All interested communities and organizations should complete an online application available here.

Regards,

R. Daniel Lavelle
